Can we bring in an outside caterer?
Yes, however there is a $4 per person fee. They also must be a licensed caterer.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Because we have our own liquor license, any alcohol will have to be ordered through us and be served by our staff.
Can I bring in my own desserts?
As long as it is from a licensed food place and is approved by your event coordinator, then yes!
When does our bar service have to end?
Bar service needs to end 30 minutes prior to the end of your event.
Do you provide linens?
We get our linens from Valley City Linens, the linen prices are $14 per tablecloth and $0.30 per napkin.
When do I have to decide on food and beverages?
We need final food and beverage choices by 21 business day prior to the event!
